• Reservations are required in advance, and are nonrefundable starting 10 hours after your booking.

• We do not provide venue locations and must be in contact with your venue host at least 48 hours prior to your event.

• Events and services are rain or shine, renewed dates will be given in case of inclement weather or unexpected circumstances.

• Must be at least be 18 years old, copy of ID required for all bookings.

• Security deposits are required for all bookings and are fully refundable pending approval from the company.

• Secure your date and pay for your deposit through our online booking system. Full payment must be completed 24 hours prior to the event through our provided invoice and your preferred payment method.

• All clients must sign our Formal Service Legal Agreement before doing business with Party For Our Planet LLC.
